Disability Discrimination Audits

 

The audit will identify those areas of accessibility in and around buildings which give risk to possible discrimination, access and use issues. The audit will consider both employee needs and the needs of others such as visitors;

4. Providing the service in a different method

Legal Requirements:

The Equality Act became law in October 2010 and replaces previous legislation such as the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.It requires employers and service providers to ensure that they do not discriminate against disabled people and requires them to make reasonable adjustments to the services they provide
